Noel J. Huettich is responsible for all Republic operations. He previously was vice president, corporate operations, for Republic's predecessor company. He has also served as vice president, Hot Rolled Bar Operations.

Huettich was general manager for Republic's Lorain Plant, after serving as manager for both the Canton and Massillon facilities. In his years at Republic, Huettich has held positions of increasing responsibility, including manager of Process Metallurgy, manager of the Canton No. 4 Melt Shop and manager of the Canton Bloom Cast Facility, where he was part of the successful start-up.

Huettich holds a bachelor of science degree in metallurgical engineering from the University of Nevada's Mackay School of Mines and a master of science degree in metallurgy and material science from Lehigh University.
