Thomas R. Fee joined Republic Engineered Products Inc. in December 2003. He had been director of production planning for Republic's predecessor companies since August 2000 and was named to his current position in March 2004. He is responsible for inside sales, specifically customer service, and directing production and inventory.

Previously, Fee was vice president of commercial, planning and administration at CSC, Ltd. in Warren, Ohio. In that post, he was responsible for sales, marketing and production planning activities. Prior to that, Fee served as superintendent of CSC's 12-inch bar mill.

Fee is actively involved with Leadership Warren, Junior Achievement and the Champion Community Vision Committee. He is a trustee of the Metal Service Center Institute's continuing education program.

Fee holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Olivet Nazarene University and a master's degree from Youngstown State University.
